Limited Edition of 1000 (although, not actually numbered).

Barcode and Other Identifiers
Matrix / Runout (Side A runout): SS5 A
Matrix / Runout (Side B runout): SS5 B

Notes:
The original was 500 copies limited and numbered (five digits numbering with the same ink used to stamp the label on side one), from UK, deluxe b/w cover, matrix D-1 / D-2
Pressed also in U.S (1000 copies) with same cover. Matrix was BSD-A / BSD-B and there is no "special vinyl" circle in the early USA copies. It has been added later. Vinyl is very heavy and the label is plain blank white or other colours (red)
The two pressings can be clearly distinguished from the "limited to 500" or "limited to 1000" white strip in the lower right corner.
Probably there are no un-numbered UK copies, while all the US copies ("1000") I've seen are without number, or badly and clearly 'fake' manually numbered, probably in a try to raise the item value.
Repressed in the same period with SS5 matrix (blue vinyl with blue filtered cover / transparent vinyl with same cover) and a circle stating "special vinyl" in the lower left. Also seen in various vinyl with green filtered cover. These are absolutely common. Some 'split' copies have also circulated, with BSDA-B matrix, no circle, "1000" strip no label (naked vinyl in the centre of the record), vinyl not heavy. They might be the last copies of the 'original' US release, printed when the covers were finished, so two photostatic copies of the sides of the cover were used.
The UK copy has a quite perfect quality of the cover photo. You can see the double shadow of the mic on Bruce's shirt and details of the shirt itself, as well as other details of Bruce beard and hair, the first US copies (no circle, BSD matrix, heavy vinyl) has a largely worse photo, but some confused details of the shirt can be spotted. All details are totally invisible or unclear on other represses.
