The following errors are present on the cover art for this release, which are documented on the official website:

• The front card contains mixing credits for tracks 3 and 4. These recordings are solo piano arrangements, so no mixing is involved.
• The front card credits FuMay for arranging track 4. べじぶ is the correct arranger.
• The tray card credits Shibayan for mixing track 2, while the front card credits FuMay. FuMay is the correct mixer.
• The piano performances by べじぶ on tracks 3 and 4 are missing from the cover art.
