Tracks 15 - 17 recorded live at the Hallenstadion dressing room, Zürich, Switzerland, October 13th 1989, also known as "The Dressingroom Tapes". Tracks 18 - 19 recorded live for the "2 Meter Sessies" TV programme at the Wisseloord Studios, Hilversum, Netherlands, October 19th, 1999. Track 20 recorded live at Kelly's, Leamington Spa, UK, January 29th 2002.
