Annotation

Very clean radio broadcast (their first) from WBCN, recorded live in Boston at Paul's Mall. Notable trivia is the versions of "I Ain't Got You" and James Brown's "Mother Popcorn" were featured on the band's official 1978 release, Live Bootleg, although the latter is edited, so you get the complete version here. It's amusing to hear Tyler introduce "Write Me a Letter", as he states "...something else off our album...", so this was before Get Your Wings was even released! If you love Aerosmith, you really need this in your collection.
