- Your release's catalog number probably has a TO*T prefix, and NOT a TO*P prefix
- On the back of the booklet, you generally see next to this double‐boxed EMI logo, both the release catalog number and the company text of "TOSHIBA-EMI LIMITED" or "EMI Music Japan Inc."
- You often see somewhere on the release some ℗ year without a direct reference to any record company. (If the release mentions "EMI Records Ltd." as the copyright holder, you're probably looking for the generic EMI.)
