Cloud 9 ('Chilled + Distilled' & 'Stardust' author)

Not much is known about this artist or their tracks, other than the fact that they're what's tagged on a series of mixset volumes that have been passed around from friend group to friend group, and which we've never, ever been able to turn up any source info for. It's possible that this music was distributed in just that way, and all who posses copies are friends-of-friends-of-friends, but the hope is that putting entries for these into MusicBrainz and submitting acoustic info might allow some "wiki magic" help us discover who, ultimately, made them.
