Annotation

The release was originally planned for end of October, but a manufacturing error was discovered, so the release was pushed to 2013-11-04 to allow for a new pressing.
A very few of the "bad" ones did apparently make it into the shops; if your copy has errors (e.g. a silence gap inside track 4) do NOT link it to this release, but use your disc to add a new release to the group (with a "manufacturing error" disambiguation comment or similar).

Main disc was mastered by Fred Kevorkian in New York; live disc was mastered by Mathijs Indesteege (location unspecified).
